In our model "Non-binding request" guests can contact you directly by e-mail or telephone.
With our model of "Non-binding request" you manage your bookings independently. We advertise your accommodations on our portals and your guests can contact you easily (by phone/email).
You receive the requests directly and can decide yourself via your login if you want to accept the request. Your calendar thereby is always up to date. You take over the reservation process and the payment handling.
Through our marketing campaigns potential guests are made aware of your accommodations.

* Your holiday accommodation costs 21,90 € per month (plus VAT ). The contract has a term of 12 months and the annual fee must be paid in advance. Each additional accommodation only 14.90 € and each additional apartment at the same address only 11,90 € per month.
** The commission is calculated on the gross rental turnover incl. ancillary costs and is plus VAT on each booking arranged by us. No fixed costs.

Frequently asked questions
How much is the fee for the annual listing?
You can find an overview of our prices hier . The annual listings enables customers to send you a non-binding inquiry. Please be aware that the annual free will be payed in advanced.
How long is the contract period for the non-binding inquiry listing?
The minimum term ist 12 month. Please note that the total fee has to be paid in advance and the contract prolongs itself.
Whats the notice period of the annual listing?
The contract hast to be determined at least 3 month in advance. This can be done my e-mail our letter.

What is the differnece between online booking and channel manager Reichweite+?
Reichweite+ is our channel manager. Here we use our interface to make your property available on more that 20 partner sites of ours. You only manage your profile and data once and we synchronise those details accross all site. This way you generate a high occupancy rate with minimal effort.
Whats the commission with the online booking?
If you use our channel manager the commission is 10%. Otherwise we charge 12%.
Why is the channel manager cheaper than the online booking?
Experience tells us that we generate more bookings with the use of the channel manager. Thats how we can supstitute a lower commission with higher volumes.
Can I see my holiday rental profile on all partner sites immediately after activation?
After activation your property is online on Travanto. Due to different prozesses in reading in the date some portals need up to 6 weeks to activate the holiday rental on their site.
Which condition do you have for property managers?
If you are a property manager with several holiday rentals we can offer you an individual package deal. Please contact us directly.
